Warranty Questions

What happens if the print fades within the warranty period?
ColorArmor will assess the installation and remedy the issue, subject to proper installation and use conditions. Our team will work with you through the process from initial review to resolution.
Does the warranty cover all outdoor environments?
The warranty covers standard outdoor exposure as defined by the ISO 16474-3 test protocol. Specific extreme environments (e.g. aquatic chlorine exposure) have specific product specifications — our team will confirm suitability at quoting stage.
What substrates are compatible with ColorArmor?
ColorArmor is compatible with a range of technical textiles including Serge Ferrari Frontside View 381 mesh, Mehler Valmex substrates and other approved PVC-coated woven fabrics. Contact us for the full approved substrate list.
Can my existing print vendor apply ColorArmor?
No. Only ColorArmor (North America) and Printable BV (Europe) are licensed and certified to apply the SolidskinTec® process. The technology requires proprietary equipment, specially modified printers and a precisely controlled application environment.
